Coloured uPVC windows have a foil coating. If it gets damaged, the white or grey profile underneath often shows.

Choose the manufacturer or search for the colour code. You will find the colour name in your window installer’s order confirmation or invoice.
2. Check a sample
Sunlight changes the shade over the years. A foil sample for €0.99 (free shipping) shows directly on the window whether the foil matches.
3. Apply the foil
Clean and degrease the frame and apply at 15–35 °C. Our guide wrap window frames shows every step.

Which foil matches my uPVC window?

How do I know which window system and colour I have?
The colour name is not written on the window itself. You will find manufacturer and colour in your window installer’s order confirmation or invoice, or you can ask them directly. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your window via the page Order foil samples .
Why does the same colour have a different name at each manufacturer?
Window manufacturers source their foils mainly from RENOLIT and Continental and give them their own names and codes. Golden Oak, for example, is 7512 at REHAU, 32 at Kömmerling, 12 at GEALAN and 09 at WERU. It is the same look that we stock as self-adhesive foil.
Are these the window manufacturers’ original foils?

My window manufacturer is not listed. What can I do?
